These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RD Performance Toolkit WordPress plugin ("the Plugin") and this website, operated by ODealing ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Plugin, or by browsing this website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Plugin or this site.
The Plugin's free version is distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), consistent with WordPress's own licensing requirements for plugins — you're free to use, modify, and redistribute it under GPL terms. Pro features are unlocked through a paid license and are subject to the additional license terms presented at the time of purchase and managed through our payment processor (see Section 3).
Pro purchases, license activation, and billing are processed by Freemius, a third-party e-commerce and licensing platform. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details. Your use of Freemius's checkout is also subject to Freemius's own terms of service.

The Plugin is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific PageSpeed, Core Web Vitals, or security outcome — results depend on factors outside the Plugin's control, including your hosting environment, other installed software, and the content you publish. See the Plugin's own documentation for a fuller explanation of this.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ODealing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Plugin or this website — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Plugin will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
The Plugin's premium (Pro) code, this website's design, copy, and branding (excluding third-party assets like Google Fonts or the bundled Freemius SDK, which retain their own licenses) are the property of ODealing. The GPL-licensed portions of the Plugin remain freely usable under GPL terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Pro features if you materially breach these Terms (for example, license key abuse) — typically after a chance to correct the issue. You can stop using the Plugin, and cancel a Pro subscription, at any time (see the Refund Policy).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Plugin after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
